It maybe helps, if you change your keyboard settings from us to europe (finnish).

Or then use the ALT 0246 for ö and ALT 0228 for ä

Was it hard to find this and how much u paid for it? I think any of the european models doesn't have elecric lockers so it's almost impossible to find one in finland..
