Watchdog timeout and FreeBSD 5.1..2

If you are getting 'watchdog timeout'-messages during freebsd boot or everytime you are transfering something over the network. Try to change network card or boot in "ACPI disablet"-mode...

Turn of ACPI, you can try this by booting without acpi during the boot
cycle.

This should fix your timeout issue.
