Seuraavanlaista informatsuunia kisajärjestäjältä:

1. Every vehicle entered in the competition is entitled to 4 PASS (free for driver, co- driver and other 2 people) that allow you to stay in any part of the area (camping area, race area, etc ...). The funs or all people over this number will have to pay a small price for the same PASS € 10 for all the week. Who fails to pay this small price and was found without PASS will pay € 10 for each days.
So all team leaders should give me a number of people (if there are) that exceed the number of 4 persons for car.(ex. San Marino have 10 cars in the race is entitled to 40 free pass, if San marino have 20 driver and co- driver, 10 mechanical and 30 funs; San Marino team leader have to pay 10 € for 20 person for the whole week.



2. In the camp will be brought electricity and water.


3. There will be an area for repairs of racing cars and each team leader will be given a plaque to bring a vehicle for repairs for the whole team.


4. Within the area there will be a food court, where on Saturday there will be a dinner hosted by the San Marino Fuoristrada Club to all crews (driver and co-driver).

Eli olennaisin tuosta äkkiseltään käännettynä;osallistumismaksu sisältää kilpailijoiden lisäksi kahdelle mekaanikolle saman liikkumisvapauden kuin kilpailijoille.Muut "saavat" samat vapaudet 10 €:n viikkomaksulla/hlö,ja mikäli jää nalkkiin liikkumisesta alueella ilman ko. "lupaa",joutuu pulittamaan 10 €/päivä
Alueella on sähkö ja vesi,huoltoalue löytyy ja joka tiimi saa merkitä yhden auton huoltoajoneuvoksi.
Alueelta saa ruokaa ja juomaa.Tuo lauantai-illan illallinen olisi tuon mukaan kilpailijoille,yleensä se on ollut avoin kaikille erillistä maksua vastaan Se pitää selvittää sitten paikan päällä jotta mikä on käytäntö.
