Magnum Series
-Many parts are made in China to lower tolerances
-Long term product support isn't designed into the Magnum line
-Replacement parts come in bundles or kits, like copy machines which is more expensive since you have to buy the entire service package
-Shorter warranties

Premium Warn Series
-Parts made in USA to higher standards/tolerances
-Longer warranty
-Much longer parts support (they were still making parts for a winch manufactured in 1949 until 1992, 20+ years after they stopped selling it, premium line has similar support)
-Lower parts replacement cost (can buy individual parts instead of "kits" or assemblies)
-More duable designs

Ja vielä: Something to keep in mind regarding Warn and their distribution system. Who ever you buy your winch from.... that's who you have to deal with if you have warranty issues.
