As far as the shocks, we want to be careful in measuring to make sure the shocks are not going to bottom out before your bump stops hit. If you get too large of a shock for your amount of lift, the suspension will not compress properly. I checked out some shocks with the dimensions you supplied, and most shocks that have a compressed length of 16" were made for XJ Cherokees with approx 5-6" of lift.

So double check those shock measurements and get back to me.
