I am afraid that we would be unable to send you an amended V5C registration certificate as we cannot issue a document to an address outside of the UK.

I can only advise that you complete a form V756 for an export certificate and attach a covering letter explaining the error and the problems you are having re-registering the vehicle in Finland. The form V756 can be downloaded from the website below. Please send or fax your application to the following department:

The date of first registration of the vehicle should be printed on the V5C registration certificate you currently have for the vehicle.
