This tyre is developed for army terrain cars and suitable for both terrain and highway.
It belongs the “Military tyres” family. (Armeijanrenkaat )
As the speed symbol shows, the maximum speed is 120 km/h and the
maximum load 1150 kg @ 2,5 bar.

The tyre can be found on page 162 in the STRO standard manual.
