If you use heavy wall thikness tube and make enough support brackets, it might be strong enough for front also.

Radius arms are ok in front suspension but they are not flexing so much if you like extreme suspension travel. But compared to leaf springs, improvement will be huge.

3-link is not good with uppel and lower links connected in same bolt in frame side. Think about hard braking on asphalt and what direction forces go in the links. If connected in same bolt, it will try to lift that connection point straight up. And when it's connectetd only at other side frame rail, it will lift only other side of you car. That will effect other side tires to have more traction and you can imagine what happens next...

Believe me, I have tested it by disconnectiing one front axle side bolt from radius arm suspension (in suzuki, heavy cars like Defender might not be so sensitive for that steering effect)

Remember, that you can make front upper link shorter and in the angle like XJ Cherokee. That way you might get your 3-link front suspnsion fitted to Rocky. And by separating connection point in upper link frame side you will get much less uplifting effect

One option is to use "x-link" with radius arms.

Hmm...ok, 3 link in same bolt is not good.
I do not want extrem flex, i want more distance between fender and wheel and more comfort.
In Romania there are hardly to buy new springs and does not match from other cars. I re-arch once but have drop.
For rear axle, I have two coils from Daewoo Tico. I hope not too soft,
and if are not good, will look others.

Yesterday I bent the diff cover and I lost all the oil. We need to make a diff guard.
What causes is to slip out the second gear? The engine brake on Low, I jumped out of second gear...
