laundering and terrorism which your name happens to appear as one of them.

It was also indicated that there was a fund deposited with Bank Of America (BOA) in your name that was
approved by Nigeria government and it was sent without covering it with Ownership Certificate and Tax
Clearance Certificate, in this venture therefore. The fund was said to be mark as terrorist fund because
the proper documents was not obtain to cover it.

I also learnt that you have tried to make the claim of this fund but with no avail after demanding a huge
amount of money from you, however. I have met with the Director of the Interpol and CIA here in USA
to find solution to this problem because issue of money laundering and terrorism is a very serious
matter in USA and therefore, it must be handle seriously otherwise the law shall take it`s cause with
immediate effect.


The outcome of my meeting with the Director of Interpol and CIA is that I am going to order the Chief
Justice of the Federation issue out ARREST WARRANT which I am going to sign to declare you wanted
and get you arrested after 7 days if you fail to comply with me by adhering to my order and instructions
and as the President of this country I have the right given to me by the law to arrest and prosecute
anyone who goes beyond the constitution.

Since it has been confirmed that this fund originated from Nigeria to pay to you, with the power confide
on me as the President of United States of America I hereby advise that you should as a matter of
urgency obtain the above mentioned documents which is Ownership Certificate and Tax Clearance
Certificate, these Certificates are to be issued to you from Nigeria government which I will personally be
in control of it by working with the attorney general of Nigeria to ascertain the documents and forward
it to me directly while I give order to release your fund from BOA and at the same time remove your
name from terrorist list.


The reason why I decided to take this matter into my hands is because I wouldn`t want you to be
deceive or send your money to the wrong person without obtaining the documents because I have
received such report here in the past and since I have been handling it this way with people that has
similar cases like you, there has been peace and calm without any negative report, I will be
communicating with the Nigerian Attorney General over this while I will be updating you with the
development.


Like I mentioned above this message, you have just 7 working days to get these documents available to
me otherwise you will be facing the penalty because I will have no mercy but to order for your arrest
and prosecute you immediately, remember that the penalty of this offense is life jail, therefore you
must not disobey the law and the order which means that you must give this matter urgent attention
and give me your good working relationship so that we can get the whole thing done amicably, upon the
receipt of your message. I shall update you with information needed for the commencement of this
matter which I will also update you with the cost of obtaining these documents and how to send it
across to me with the receiving information of the attorney general Nigeria.

Note that any attempt to disregard or ignore this message will attract quick action and more penalties
on you as all your information including your pictures has been given to all security agencies which will
