"A salesman at KMK told me they have a 3 engine failure policy. If 3 engine failures occur due to workmanship at the factory the whole assembly line is out of a job on that shift that had the failures. This ensures everybody checks and makes sure everybody does good work. I like this policy. **** how often do you see people that just don't care about their job and others let it slide. Obviously not union garbage rules there. Unions have created poor workmanship IMO."
