Flunssaa parannellessani lueskelin Tom Falconerin kirjaa "Corvette Sting Rray, The Cars and Their Story 1963 - 67". Löytyi mielenkiintoinen Suomiyhteys. Ohessa lainaus tekstistä, sopisi vaikka tietokilpailukysymykseksi:

"Detroit was an incredibly exciting place for a car enthusiastic in the erly 1960's. GM had built its magnificent Technical Center at Warren, Michigan, in 1955. Designed by the architect Eero Saarinen, its superb facilities and university campus atmosphere attracted the very best designers and engineers. Within 10 years, GM Styling Staff, under the skilled inspiration of the great Bill Mitchell since 1958, were designing some of the world's most beautiful cars, shifting the epicenter of great car design from Italy to North America."

Oli muutenkin mielenkiintoinen kirja, paljon teknillistä tietoa. Mukana mm. perusteellinen selitys Vetten jarrujen ilmaongelman syntymekanismista.
