Eipä mitään... hyvä kun tulee keskustelua. Ameriikan pojjat ei oikein perusta noista, löysin tällasenki mielipiteen:
All for show, I got some and I hated them. They ride like a horse and buggy and the thread will not last. Mud cakes on them and the only way to get traction is if you turn over on your side. Also my front end feels like some one took a hammer to my IFS. A lot of us around where I live got into the Thornbird crazy and all of us hated them and we couldn't get rid of them because everyone seen how the thread wore.
Supposedly they tried to make a tire that was good on and off road but they succeeded in making a tire that sucked both on and off road, too many compromises in the tread design to make it a dual purpose tire.
Niin, leveehän toi on mittoihinsa nähden, mutta kuvion leveys (tiehen ottava) ei kuitenkaan ole suhteeton. Esim. tuossa 33x11.50-15 koossa 8.6" eli 218,4 mm, nykyisissä BFG AT 33x10.50R15:ssa se on 210 mm.
