Mitenkahan Suomen kukkahattutadit suhtautuisivat tallaisiin tuomioihin

Tama on ollut meilla taman paivan uutisissa. Kyseinen henkilo tuomittiin 40 vuoden vankeusrangaistukseen, josta vahintaan 30 vuotta ehdotonta, puolisonsa 2-vuotiaan tyttaren pahoipitelyista ja suoranaisesta kidutuksesta, jonka seurauksena lapsi kuoli. Tyton aiti sai aiemmin 12 vuotta vankeutta, josta vahintaan 9 vuotta ehdotonta siita syysta, ettei puuttunut eika ilmoittanut viranomaisille tyttarensa pahoinpitelyja.

Murhaajalla ei tule olemaan helppoa vankilassa, han on jo kerran saanut siella sakinhivutusta.

CHILD killer Warren Ross will serve a minimum of 30 years in prison for the brutal murder of his partner’s two-year-old daughter, Tanilla Warrick-Deaves.

Ross was sentenced today to a maximum 40-year term, with his earliest release date in 2041.

Ross killed Tanilla at their Watanobbi home on the NSW Central Coast in August 2011 after subjecting the child to terrible and prolonged torture.
The 31-year-old forced Tanilla to run laps until she dropped, hit her and whipped her with various implements including an electric cord and his belt, and deliberately dropped a heavy tool box on her hand.

Tanilla’s mother Donna Deaves watched as Ross inflicted the fatal injuries on her daughter.

Justice Rothman ruled that the killing was not premeditated and did not fall into the most serious category of murder.

He also said Ross had not expressed any remorse for the death, which he said came after “several days of severe corporal punishment”. “No person with a modicum of humanity could fail to be moved by this murder,” he added.
