As near as I can tell, the car is a 1929 Chevrolet Roadster, with a 1932 Ford Grille. Its been channeled to make it sit lower. The body is most definitely NOT a Ford, the lines are wrong. The engine is a Buick "nailhead" V8. The most interesting feature of the car is the split windshield.
