over here alot of the sled trails are on crown land which thankfully means that anyone can use them spring through fall. the only reason we can't wheel them in the winter is that the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs has a very powerfull lobbying voice (read lots of money) and are able to keep the trails to them selves in winter
