Recently I removed Links Manager from the menu.
That was because nobody used it and nobody submitted any urls because originally links manager required too much information about the url (i think the URL itself is enough).
There has been a rumour going around, that the Links Manager is coming back soon with completely new features! It's true!
Just wait...
