We are finding that since the Pandemic began that the USPS is having a hard time with timely tracking and shipment delays. We assure you that your package was shipped on the day you received your tracking number and left this building. I have been in contact with the USPS about the issue that your package is in transit but not showing any tracking and is taking an extreme amount of time to reach its destination. We appreciate your patience and will keep an eye on things.
We are finding that eventually packages suddenly appear in the USPS system and start moving again.
