Hi Raggi,

On this model the turn signal and hazard relay has become integrated into the ETACS. The ETACS (Electronic Timing and Alarm Control System) is a module that handles all "counting" activities on the car. Anything that requires a timer (rear defogger, auto re-locking, dome dimming) or timed interaction (turn signal pulsing, delay wiper pulsing) will use this module rather than have individual relays like in the past.
The module houses all of the relays used for the above items (and more of course) internally.

The ETACS is mounted in the dash, attached to the back of the fuse panel. It will have 1-2 connectors usually depending on your equipment, then it will snap on to the back of the fuse panel engaging one large connector between them. Below is an illustration of its position (LHD shown):
