Oho tästäkö volvomiehille vinssi? Aika mielenkiintoset speksit on hyrrällä kuten elektromagneettinen jarru. Mitä lie tollanen maksaa?

Oliskohan toi naru sopivaa sulle, Tuskin räikkäWarnin tehoilla ihan helpolla katkeaa? :D

Eikös tommonen kuumia melkoisesti, löytyyköhän myös nestejäähdytys?

Warn Industries Releases 'Olympus 25' DC-Electric Winch
Dec 6, 2010
Warn Industries (http://www.warn.com/) introduces the WARN® Olympus 25 DC-electric winch, a new era in power and efficiency for the fire and rescue market. The 25,000 lbf. pulling capacity exceeds any other electric winch available.
Designed for extreme rescue situations and vehicle recovery, the WARN Olympus 25 uses a new, state-of-the-art 24V Axial Flux Permanent Magnet motor to achieve its twelve-and-half tons of pulling power. The Olympus 25 also has a duty cycle that nears hydraulic winch performance levels, but without all of the plumbing, maintenance, or mess of a hydraulic unit. With all that power, the Olympus 25 still only has two-thirds of the amp draw of existing DC-electric winches. (Originally crafted for demanding sever- duty environments, the Olympus 25 is available with a 12 Volt system adapter kit to make it fire engine ready.) Made from aluminum alloy, the Olympus 25 winch weighs nearly 65% less than comparable hydraulic winches, translating into fuel savings.
The Olympus 25 uses an innovative multi-plate electromagnetic disc brake in conjunction with dynamic braking for top-notch load-holding—this is important in critical situations where winching helps firefighters do their job. This braking system eliminates drum heat caused by conventional friction brakes. Because of this, Warn Industries is the first to be able to offer high-strength synthetic rope on a conventional high-capacity winch. It’s also available with wire rope to meet specific pulling needs.
The Olympus 25 also features an over load interrupt module (OLI) that digitally limits pulling power in low voltage or overload situations, helping to prevent damage to the winch.
The winch features a corrosion-resistant finish and extreme-duty sealing to help keep water and contaminants out. It also has a newly engineered multi-stage planetary gear train with carriers made from solid aluminum alloy for smooth, reliable, maintenance-free operation.
