Pistin palautetta:
Dear Bittorrent-developers,
I am truly sorry, but I think bittorrent client (the official one) is really bloated program compared to other alternatives.
I wanted to use the official version because nearly all alternatives are made for "warez"-purposes, and that is not what I intend to use Bittorrent for.
Now that I have used the official version for quite a long time, It seems it consumes more and more memory per active torrent per new release, and system requirements keep growing.
I really don't care whether it's how fancy new protocol, "distributed, so it's faster and better for Internet!", if it takes hundreds and hundreds of megabytes of memory to download a few bsd-images, I'd rather use http or ftp.
Thank you,
