Hankin tuossa syksyllä 2000 vm Excurisionin diisselillä. SES-valo palaa ja sen takaa löytyivät seuraavat koodit
1. P0238 – MAP sensor overboost
2. P0478 - exhaust backpressure high, and
3. P1211 - ICP pressure above/below desired level
Noihin löysin tälläisiä vastauksia, mutta jotenkin nuo ohittelukorjaukset eivät kiinnosta.
The P0238 can be fixed with a blow off valve or a boost line regulator, fooling the MAP sensor into seeing at or lower than 22psi to prevent the ECM from setting an overboost code.
The P0478 can be fixed by removing the sensor (located at the front of the engine), and cleaning out the steel tube leading from the sensor to the passenger's side exhaust manifold.
The P1211 is the most expensive to rectify. If you are getting this it means that your stock HPOP (high pressure oil pump) cannot keep up with the demands of a tuner or chip. In stock programming, its fine and works as it's supposed to, but a weak HPOP will not supply the volume of oil required by the injectors on a hot tune. You can gamble with a stock replacement and hope that it's strong enough, or you can go to a high performance HPOP a twin setup usually costing close to $2000. Or you can simply leave it and deal with an SES light every now and then. It's really not hurting anything, it just means your injectors aren't firing as much fuel as they potentially can under heavy demands because they aren't being supplied with enough oil.
Take your tuner and run a diagnostic to see what stored code(s) you have, then you can narrow the problem down and find a fix.
Lisäksi tarvitsisi vaihtaa 4 hehkutulppaa.
Etenkin tuo öljypumpusta tuleva koodi P1211 arveluttaa - onko tästä kokemusta väellä ja onko pumpun vaihto isotöinen projekti tee se itse miehelle? Mitä tuo voi pahimmillaan aiheuttaa? Tekstissä viitataan suuttimien (?) voiteluun = > HPOP will not supply the volume of oil required by the injectors on a hot tune.
