I am in Canada, and I run my company in which I buy auto machines for clients around the world as long as you can assure me of the Car being in perfect condition, I will be glad to buy the Car from you.

Once again thanks for you response, actually I have a garage where I put the Cars I buy in europe, but due to the haste of my client I will be sending the draft.

I will send a draft of 6,700 Euros.This means the draft that will be sent to you will include an excess amount which is 5,000 euro for the shippers fee, for a home pick up from your base down to Canada its new origin, so the draft will be in the amount of 6,700 Euros, whereby you will deduct the cost of the Car which is 1,700 Euros and send the balance of 5,000 euros to my shipper, via western union money transfer, any of which is closest to you or preferred .You don't need to worry as our prepaid shipping company will come to pick the Car up from your base - for shippment to Canada, and the draft will include the fees I mentioned above.

Eli tässä kyseisessä viestissä autonmyyjä saa rahaa pankista 6150 euroa, josta hänen kuuluisi lähettää takaisin rahtikuluihin 5000 euroa. Myyjän tappio on siis 1 kpl autoja, sekä 6150 + 5000 euroa.

Homma perustuu nimittäin siihen, että pankki antaa shekin osoittaman rahasumman myyjälle mukisematta, mutta sitten kun pankin omat tarkistukset on käyty viikkojen selvittelyjen jälkeen läpi, rahat peritäänkin röyhkeästi takaisin shekin lunastaneelta. Olisi mielenkiintoista kuulla, mihin lakiin pankki tämän käytännön perustaa, mutta näin on asian laita ainakin tällä hetkellä.

Jaa-a. Millähän ihmeellä ne meinaa periä rahat takaisin suomesta? Ei tuollainen taida suomessa mennä ihan heti läpi. Jos sä lunastat shekin itsellesi niin milläs ihmeellä ne meinaa saada ne rahat takaisin sulta?
