to Estonian police
On year 2011 in Estonia estonian police has targeted home search and takeovers to property that has been under my custody and ownig in the house apartment on Lihula Läänemaa jaama 3 - 9 and in to my car (red STW Nissan Primera) in the tallinn harbor. Herein by reference on the departed e-mail there are copyes of the documents that i have received that have been informed me about these actions.
Also on these documents there is witnessed information that i have had illegal sentence by finnish authorities and the finnish police that has been investigated my case in Finland has been pointed out of series of police crimes by highest justice controller Finland´s oikeusasiamies. I have no former criminal backround but growing cannabis has been pointed out impossible in Finland caused hostility by Finnish authorities that have been criminalizing my person for a several years.
apartment that has been under my custody has been under investigation twice, for the other search and custody protocol i have received a document that has been dated for 22.07. 2011 vith documentation number 10250101888 (copy of the document available from other e-mail if needed), information for my car has a serial number (ref.) 10.2 - 15 /28822 that includes actions by the Estonian police in my car in Tallinn harbor.
I have repeatedly asked information consernig my belongins from finnish police (KRP /sirene offficer Lauri Leppanen, phone number +358718780141) that has been a presentator of the case and finnish police says that finnish police does not have information or started actions about these tasks, eventhough i have received information that all police tasks including my case have been taken action for a request from finnish police.
In my car and in the apartment that has been under my custody there has been expensive belongings of mine, Cannabis seed from Poland and finnish several years-taken developement class a cannabis seed, green biomass of cannabis, computer, videocamera, SEB bank account VISA card, Osuuspankki finnish bank account VISA card, 2 silver rings, a digital scale etc. and dvd-tapes / memorycards and memorysticks containing documentation of my cannabis production as a witness to authorities and for a television document that with most honours i respectably need back.
I hope that you could get introduced to my case to therefore i could have my property back and under my custody and start continue to work my several-years taken project as a legal cannabis producer for a legal intensions.
I hope for a meeting with Lihula nearest police to have a personal conversation how to proceed, i wish for a conversation about the case to avoid misunderstandings and to have a reasonable solution to the case so i could continue aiming to do my work as a legal cannabis grower on the growing market of European Union to benefit Estonian goverment and people.
